LIVE AT REBECCA's BIRTHDAY PARTY!

And again we played in the beautiful lost outerparts, east of Groningen.
This time it was in Nieuw Scheemda at Rebecca's birthday party.
With a small but nice crowd it was a very different intimate experience.

We played on a small stage which is also used by a theatre-company for rehearsals.
The decor was the inside of a room, dressed with wallpaper with lots of flowers.
We put up our own TWO TWO 79 banner.
Lighted only by a floor lamp in the right corner (Hondema), it was a 'shady' presentation.
We had great fun, it was a very relaxed experience with several breaks to sing to Rebecca and get drinks.

This time we tried something different with the video. Of course we used the Olympus for the best audio-recording. Our friend Barth was in for a party and happy to film the show (thank you very much!).
For the other camera we didn't have someone to control, so we had to settle for a static spot.
We decided to use the Olympus for that to get a balanced audio-recording and an overall view.
Barth used the Sony for close-ups. Both camera's were used for a 2 cam edit of the clips.

We played a pretty standard setlist and picked a couple of songs to publish on youtube.
For the occasion we threw in our improvisation of 'Happy Birthday' for Rebecca.
